BRAND TRADEMARKS
The following Trademark Policies (“Trademark Policies”) describes how you can and can’t use Empire Vertigo Trademarks.
Empire Vertigo reserves the right to take necessary actions protect its trademarks and business assets.
Empire Vertigo trademarks—including logos, icons, designs, characters, products, sounds, videos and any other business features and components, whether registered or unregistered (“Trademarks / brand assets”)—are proprietary assets owned exclusively by Empire Vertigo.
The Trademark policy below details how you may, in various circumstances, use our brand logo, assets and trademarks.
Oftentimes, the use of our designs, assets and trademarks will require an official license. Unless you have an express license from Empire Vertigo, these Trademark policies will exclusively show what and how you may use our brand assets on and offline.
Here is a non-exhaustive list of what can and cannot be done without prior written explicit permission from Empire Vertigo.

The title of news articles including Empire Vertigo should only be used when it is both truthful and not misleading in any manner.

When utilizing Empire Vertigo trademarks, incorporate a trademark description to indicate their usage. For example, "Empire Vertigo, (list additional trademarks) are registered trademarks owned by Empire Vertigo."
YOU MAY NOT USE OUR ASSETS :
Please refrain from utilizing any Empire Vertigo Assets in the names of your business, product, service, app, domain name, social media account, business indicator, or any other entity unless prior approval has been granted by Empire Vertigo.
